These Terms govern your use of Claim Please and the claim-management services we provide. By submitting a claim, you agree to these Terms.

Our service

Claim Please assesses and pursues flight-compensation claims on your behalf. Any eligibility estimate is preliminary and does not guarantee that compensation will be recovered.

Fees

Any service fee is shown during the claim process before submission. If compensation is not recovered, no service fee is charged.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
• Confirm you are authorized to submit information for all passengers included.
• Not pursue the same claim separately while we are handling it.

Claim Please is not an airline and does not sell airline tickets.
